Panoramic glass windows

REMOVABLE PANORAMIC WINDOWS.

They are useful elements for enclosing porches, verandas, balconies and terraces, which can almost always be installed without requiring specific municipal permits, as long as they comply with certain characteristics (total transparency of the glass panes; removability of the shutters; minimal structure of the support profiles).

Consisting of an aluminium frame (which can be painted in the RAL colour of your choice) and panels of tempered and/or laminated glass, with no uprights between them, they guarantee the aesthetic maintenance of the building, increasing its general safety level and energy efficiency in winter.

Removable panoramic windows have 2 types of opening: sliding or wrap-around.

Sliding windows comprise glass panels that slide on a floor guide (recessed or exposed). By opening it, the movable shutters will overlap a fixed glass pane, while to close it, the first shutter only needs to be moved, which will drag the following ones (in the case of a 3- or multi-shutter window). They are easier to handle and less expensive.

Wrap-around windows allow the doors to be packed on one side of the structure. When moving open or closing, each glass panel must be taken individually and moved by means of rollers inserted in the upper track. It is therefore more difficult to use, but the aesthetic effect is undoubtedly better, both because the glass panes remain perfectly aligned with each other without overlapping (when the structure is fully closed), and because the mass of visible glass is less than with the sliding system (when the structure is fully open).

Removable panoramic windows are eligible for the Renovation Bonus,
which provides for a 50% tax recovery over 10 years.
